I think as long as you are getting in the nutrients that your body needs, why not? Just remember you may not loose too much more with out plastics. I am sure your last 20-30lbs is all skin. Look how far you have come.

I think it will be good for you in learning how to maintain your goal weight. With any weightloss program, be it through surgery or weight watchers, or anything else, the point in truth is not how to lose weight, but how to maintain the weight once you have been able to reach goal. If you go back to your old habits, then you are sure to regain what you have worked so hard to lose. So, it's not a bad idea trying the program.
As for your last 20-30lb, I'm with Shelley there, most of it is probably the extra skin, so if you can lose an added 10-15lb or so, you are probably at goal.

Hey Jerry,
If it's for free go for it heheheh what the heck...if it's for money then I would give it another thought.
You know we have these businesses a lot in Kuwait actually one of my coworker she got regsitered with them and they used to bring her meals to the office it was nothing that WoW!! she was basically eating everything but in a wise portions now for example the shawarma (grilled shredded beef or chicken) is very famous in my culture and it's wrapped with a tortilla like bread. The way they did it instead of wraping the sandwich 2..3...4.. times they just wrap it once and they cut the excess wrap bread! do you see my point in eating wise?
you can do that at home yourself. Look at you Jerry you have hit your final goal OMG I just get tears in my eyes when I look at your before and after pictures! and I agree with everybody losing weight is tough but the toughest task is to maintain it!
So I vote for it if it's only for free hehehehe

I would recommend an eliptical machine for cardio...I love the ones at our gym. But that is just my opinion. I like it because it is easy on my joints.

I am thinking about joining WW myself. I think it will help get the last 20 pounds off, and more importantly, keep me on track when I get to the maintenance stage. That, for me, will be the hardest part. I am really afraid I will not be able to maintain. That is something I will have to learn, and WW might just do it for me. It is a lifestyle, not just a diet. Let me know how you do. S

I am all for ww and already figured I would follow it once I am at maitneance if not use it to go on before just to follow something! My doctor a few years back said ww has the best success rate about keeping it off. You have only weight to lose with it, hehehee.
