Weight Loss Method Controlled Eating & Exercise  |  412 lbs of me, a 6 pound drop and exercising hard has returned.
Title says it all  I had a 6 pound drop this week and I am now 13 pounds away from my goal of being under 400 pounds. I had been slacking off on the exercise because of my injury and I had been "taste testing" things as I cooked and was not counting it on my excel sheet, when I realized this I hit it hard and started exercising again and bamn! a 6 pound drop this week. as always I want to thank everyone that takes the time to respond with words of support, this is 122 pounds lost for me now in just 6 months! who wouldda thunk it would go so fast! again...Thanks As Ever Me

Great Job!! I can't tell you how many times I've injured myself since my WLS & had to ease up. The first few times I got depressed cause it seemed like it always happened when I was doing great. Now I take it in stride and I always feel so much more in control of my body when I am able to get back to it. Keep up the good work & it's all going to happen for you. Kat |
