Title says it, I have been sick all week (thanks to my daughter and Wify) so I have not exercised all week but by staying within my calorie range I managed a 1.4 pound loss this week and a new all time low weight for me
Hopefully I will be able to continue on my C25K program come Monday so that I can get the pounds dropping off in bigger chunks again but for now the 1.4 pound drop is welcomed! especially because I did not exercise all week to get it :P
