Default the heat is on!

man its hot and very humid here in texas! been in the mid 90's all week and i have been lucky as we have a bit of a seabreeze here! been in the 100;s in houston! anyway ive been trying to figure something out? my weightloss was going very well but since the heat i have been drinking my 4 16 oz bottles of water a day and most days 2 more than that , so lets say 4-6 , 16 oz bottles a day, i was p-ing a lot and at night and during the night i would lose 3-4 lbs, till when i weigh in the mornings, now im luckt to lose 1 pound during the night and not ping like i was? anyone know whats going on? also i have doubled my exercise this last week jus to get back on the losing side again! and i had several talks with my landlord about this food thing in the last week, and i can say it hasnt really done any good! even yesterday she tried to give me a whole thing of homeade noodles(like raviolis) with meat inside and i refused them!, they are from vietnam , very friendly and a GREAT cook, but i have tried to explain that im working too hard to fall to that food to gain back too easy, it was june 19th , when i weighed in @ 269, so its taken too long to get back on the losing side! i think feelings are hurt but i have to be strong and so far ive held my ground! with that being said ,, weighed in last week @ 272, in this week @ 266,, everyone have a safe and happy 4th of july!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hmm....you may be losing more now through sweating, or, your body is getting used to the extra water. Or, you just may be in the cycle where you won't lose weight=fat, but your body is trying to rebuild by adding muscles.
