Default jj got his grove back!

was another hot, hard, frustrating week.i know i should be (seem) like a lot happier about losing all this weight and i ambut IM HUNGRY, my small calorie count is making me a little weaker it seems,,, last sat. it was648, sun:545,mon:431,tues:563,weds:373,thurs:430, i think im going to try to have some protein tonight like a steak and baked tater, i dont know how much i can eat cause seems like my stummy is much smaller now as a bowl of soup yesterday filled me up! see if i can talk myself into it or out today? maybe a smoothie with fresh strawberries and almonds and fat free milk! yummy!! my landlords are back but ive yet to see them, please dont bring food!,, anyway i had another great week as far as losing! my scale this morning said 250.8 and i always check twice jus to make sure! so thats another 7-8 pounds for the week!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Honey you gotta eat. If your hungry eat. You are doing this without surgery and yes your tummy will get smaller but it looks like your calorie intake should be alot higher. That is my suggestion. I would think Doc will agree on this. You do need that protein and eat it well.

I am sure you are STARVING!!! That calorie count is VERY low. I eat 2 to 3 times what you eat and I am 146lbs!!! Great job on losing but...you gotta eat to give yourself energy to exercise I think even doubling your calorie intake you will still lose and probably feel much better.

Yes, you should eat a bit more. Over 1000 kcals in fact. If your intake is too low, that can actually slow down your weight loss because you aren't getting in the essential nutrients, and that is going to make your body try to protect itself by hogging everything. You need to get in the amount that your body needs daily of the essential nutrients, whether it be protein, fat, or carb. Essential nutrients means nutrients that our body cannot make, so we need to get it daily from food. These are nutrients that we need to build (muscles and organ tissues, not fat) and run, so you must not risk their being deficient.
Slowly increase your calorie intake to 1000 kcals, then raise a bit more to 1500-1600 kcals, that should enable you to get in the essentialy nutrients and still keep you losing.
