Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

JJ honey listen....... Im gonna tell you again......... you have to take in more calories than you are. Your gonna be wiped out aka tired etc if you dont. Im not saying that trip to pappa johns would have been a good idea but your body is telling you its hungry. Pizza is not bad for you. Most of the toppings are good for you,. I eat pizza on a thin crust because I cant tolerate the bread very well. Most of the time I just eat the toppings but I do try to eat a couple bites of the crust.

Get you some pizza dough and roll it out thin and then top it with good stuff and bake you one up next time. I hope Doc sees this post and more than likely she will and shed some light on this.

If you get cravings and are scared of upping your cals (which should be a bit higher, actually, as MsVickie says), then munch on some veggies--tomatoes, cucmbers, carrots etc--they give you a lot of crunch, and are rich in vitamins which ae good for you. Getting in some protein along with these--chicken breast, cheese, even peanut butter--should help further with cravings.
