Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Honey why are you weighing yourself right after you eat? It will show more than what you weigh. Or it always has me. If your gonna weigh, do it first thing in the am after waking up an using the bathroom and preferably nude. Make sure the floor is level your weighing on also and if its battery operated make sure its a good battery or it will be all over the place.

Im gonna come take your scale if you dont watch it! LOL

Let me get this straight ~ you went from 250 to 262 in 5 days? Something doesn't sound right about that. There are tons of variables and whys but this is quite a variation. If you eat the amounts recommended of lean protein, then veg/fruit and carbs last, no drinking with meals, but getting in your liquids, I don't see how you did that. I would question your scales accuracy but realize your body can hold water (and other various waste products LOL) still 12 lbs is a bit much. No wonder you're freaking out. It is important to get used to food in small doses so that as time goes on you'll sort of ease into your weight destination and stabilize your weight/eating balance. Hugs ~ maybe Doc will shed some light on this. Ok, I'm sorry, didn't realize you were a non-op, but still I appreciate your concern. Did you journal your food and exercise? When I get off track that really helps me see things more objectively so I can make adjustments. You've dont really well ~ congrats

We have to remember this fellow is doing this with controlled eating and excerise.

Back to eating and weighing yourself after wards. I done this myself. Weighed before I eat and then after. It was always a 5-7 pound difference before surgery. Now you gotta think about how much I took in food and drinking with my meal. Im talking glasess of soda or sweet tea. It would be altleast 3 full big glasses of drink just with my meal. At least....... I dont know how much the liquid weighed but it had to weigh at least a pound or two after I got done.

Stop weighing after you eat..Talk about sabotage lol..
I also gain weight very fast. I need to ask this. Have you had blood work done to check your thyroid numbers? I gain way fast when my numbers are up around 2. A lot of people can be around 4 and be ok not me..
I know how hard it is to get on the scale and see a 6 or 7 lb weight gain and think omg I have hardly eaten anything..I know the doc and others can tell you that you have to eat this and that a day but everyone is different and if what you have been doing works for you then stick with it.. But do give yourself days to have nice stuff too but plan that. And if you have not had blood work do that. Get your doc to give you a full work up since you have had such a great weight loss as it is.. But please dont start eating less because you have gained now. I know how hard it is to eat under 1000 a day and have to do that or gain.. My heart is with ya hun.I know the past few days that I have been doing this pouch reset thing I have had the old feelings of eat less and I have had eating disorders over my life and its not hard for me to get in that eating only 3 times a week so I have to be carefull.
