Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Aww((((HUGS))))
Have you thought of eating what you ate for dinner at breakfast, and keep your intake low the rest of the day? That way, you will be able to work off what you ate in the same day. If you eat it for dinner, it's going to sit on you till the next morning.

Do you attend any face to face support groups? I have found that when I have to see real people on a consistent basis, I am more likely to hold myself accountable for what needs to be done.

Hes a no op. Let us not forget that part with him.

Now...... honey listen Doc is right. Having said that..... breakfast should be the biggest meal of your day condisering your doing this on your own per say. Then lunch and the smallest meal your supper aka dinner. You will be ok I just know it. At least its holding steady.

Personally there before you started to eat again.............. honey you were litteraly starving yourself with those 800 calories a day and you got simply hungry. Breathe....... your still on the right track with a stall out right now. You gotta eat to live remember that. No more small calorie days. 1600 to 2000? I think is what your supposed to have. If your weight training you know that will add to your weight in muscle to.

This is a good idea JJ... DH and I just started attending Weight Watchers meetings and besides enjoying the meetings (we learn a lot and laugh a lot), it's really inspired both of us. I lost 3.5 lbs in the last two weeks which is a lot quicker than my usual. You get a lot of support from the meetings and a lot of instruction on how to use the tool and it's a powerful one!

Oh BTW, hubby's blood sugar levels are down - way down - just from 3 weeks on the program! He was facing taking insulin - has diabetes and now looks like he can hold off on that for a while! The doctor says that when he loses some more weight, she can probably cut down his meds too!

I found that when I starve myself then start eating the way I am supposed to I still gain some weight anyway. I think your body gets worried you are going to starve it again and goes on the intake instead of the loss mode. Keep working out, do your meals like doc said. Make sure your plate is the smaller one and if you want you can be like us and use baby forks and spoons for a while. And I use baby bowls as well if you dont already do this it may help you out with your portion sizes. Sometimes change ups help, hang in there hun and keep working at it.

Been thinking about this JJ I have a habit of thinking about a post afterwards and wanted to ask you a question. Have you been doing no bread and potatoes before and now your doing some? Like the Adkins way? If you had been doing that and now allowing just a bit back in in my OWN opinon that is part of what it is.

I have had 3 drs tell me when you even attempt to eat breads or potaoes or anything like that again........if you kept it out of your diet for a certian amount of time........ you will gain weight back and fast. Mainly around your tummy.

That is when I had this surgery done my surgeon told me to eat it atleast 2-3 times a week. Im not supposed to eat like Adkins diet stuff. I eat like what weight watchers do. No ......bad foods. Just moderation.

Now if you would let me know if this could be part of it.......it could help ya?

yep!, had some bake tater, a couple times frnch fries, a burger or two, and been eating some sammiches too, a little pasta, before i went back to eating a couple weeks ago, i may have ate a half of loaf at the most of bread in the last year(all wheat ) or whole grain tortillas. hardly any milk and no potatoes except for a couple sweet yam and new potatoes in the year, i had got to where i used lettuce leaves for wraps instead of bread or tortillas in the last few months. i have started eating again white bread when i started again but now have been eating wheat. seems like im starting all over again trying to get restarted on my diet by weaning myself back or off stuff to try to re kick start it again, hadnt been able to just go cold turkey and starting to do and feel jus like this article i found here>> When You Crash Off Your Diet ,,
The reasons for your sudden weight gain are explained here. , almost 3 pm, and i jus came in from weed eating, mowin, etc, yard work and took a shower, weighed in at 275, and seems my weight has started to maintain its self now, so im not going to whine ,feel bad etc, about it, i had a sammich with lots of tomato, lettuce, spinach for lunch around 11 am. but i can tell you i feel so much stronger than i did a couple weeks ago since eating, only thing is ive put a heck of a suprise on my digestive track as of today i am jus now getting it back to where im not having trouble going , going to start increasing my fiber slowly back an try to start weaning myself off the bread again?
