Arrow Hi, I'm Botzz and I was a food addict...

Hey hey, its been a while since I posted an update post here and since I figured a few things out and am back on track ane less stressed I thought I would leave a note here.

First I am down to an all time low of 332 pounds this week and its great to finally get a negative number on that scale again, but this entire past month (almost 2) I have been dealing with trying to figure out why I was having pain in my stomach area and as it turns out I have gallstones (most likely because of the rapid weight loss) which is ironic because I went the diet and exercise route as to NOT have any surgery and here I am will probably need one to remove my gallbladder! such is the way of the world I guess

I just wanted to pop in and post because I have not in so long, I hope everyone is doing well on their trips to better health.

202 pounds lighter, 202 pounds stronger, here I am

As Ever

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Great to see you back. Sorry to hear that you are going to have to have surgery. I am sure it won't take you long to recoup and be back on track like nothing happened. You have done such a great job losing on your own. Keep up the good work. Wishing you the best with your surgery.

starting to wonder what was going on, well look at it this way with the surgery youll probably lose another few pounds. i never really looked at myself as a guy with a food addiction until i started back eating some real food again a couple weeks ago and now i know, I AM A FOOD ADDICT! last night i stuffed all kinds of crap into my gob! someone told me i look at the scale too much and now i dont want to even think about getting on it! keep telling myself im going to get back on track and sure i will/can, its just when i can do it. good luck with your surgery,jj

Great to have you post again. Miss those Friday posts. Sorry to hear about the Gallstones...I was there last month and had emergency removal of the Gallbladder. You will not be able to do any lifting or exersize for about 2 weeks and will feel a little tender just right of you belly button. Good luck with everything.

Hang in there and keep her going.
