Hey all, I saw a "miss botzz?" thread so I figured I would pop in and leave a quick update

this week I dropped 4 pounds which brought me to my new all time low of 328 pounds, I recently joined a gym and have become quite addicted to going and my normal routine is 50 minutes of cardio (20 on a bike and the rest split between an arctrainer and a treadmill) then I lift weights 3 times per week as I am attempting to gain some of my lost muscle back that went bye bye through this weight loss process.
I took the summer easy and pretty much just maintained my weight not really gaining but not losing either but I am back on the lose lose lose train and am looking to hit my goal by May 2010 (which if I don't I am not worried about it its just a goal) and that covers where I been and where I am headed for now
