Hey I am Korey trying this new site to see if it can inspire me to actually keep doing the weight loss thing.

Hopefully I'll keep sticking with it , this time because I really want to lose the wieght

and I will, no more eventually.I want to lose wieght the healthy way, excerising and getting fit while losing the weight. Why not kill two birds with one stone? Even thought I always hated the saying,its pretty depressing for the birds? lol. But hopefully here will help me continue and keep losing wieght.I weigh 160 and keep boaderlining to 159-155 , it all depends either way I want to go to 130 at the moment so I stink at introductions but hopefully that was good enough for now. lol
