WOOO HOOO... I've lost 101 lbs now! Tonight I celebrated with a bicycle ride and I felt so light - I have not weighed this weight since 1974... wow... felt like I was flying on my bicycle.... LIFE IS SOOOOOO GOOOOD.... and I thank everyone here who has been so kind and supportive because you are a big part of my being able to do this and special hugs to DOC....
