This morning I broke into the 3teens with a 5.4 pound drop in weight! I came in at 319.0 pounds and that makes a total 215 pounds lost so far and puts me within 44 pounds of my original goal weight of weighing 275 pounds and 40.26% total weight lost so far! those numbers are insane to me!
I just wanted to pop in with a update here as I have not in a bit (mostly because the weight loss stalled a bit) Thanks for reading  and I hope you all get to your goals!
