Hey hey erryone 
I dropped 5.2 this week which brings me to 309 pounds and a total of 225 pounds lost since starting in 2008. I am only 34 pounds from my goal weight of being 275 pounds but I have a feeling that won't be good enough for me and I will try to get down to about 250 pounds when all is said and done. I just wanted to pop in with an update as I have not in a bit, thank you all for the support in the past and in the future as it helps more than you can know.
