Well, thanks but luck or will power didn't have much to do with it. Just decided I liked Weight Watchers better than waking up with mouthfuls of stomach acid (have GERD and a hiatal hernia). The weight loss was kind of an unexpected thing because you see, this is my fourth try at Weight Watchers and that's not counting... hmmmm low carb, Stillman twice or three times, low calorie several times and more. I think any tool a person uses whether Weight Watchers, surgery or a combination thereof, is a lot of work but it's worth it. If I had known how good this would feel to have that weight off, I think I'da done it years ago. But who knows!
As a friend of mine says (a WLS surgeon,
Dr Terry Simpson) "Success with weight loss surgery is 10 percent the surgery and 90 percent the patient"
Thanks for kind words!
