I am going to be totally brutally honest to you, because, from your past threads, you still *don't get it*.
1) You are in total self denial right now about what you need to do. What you need to do is, not go on a diet, but to make a life style change and choose to eat and live healthy--meaning, plan your meals carefully, refrain from eating more than the amount your body needs and refrain from eating the kinds of food not good for your body, plus exercise on a regular basis, both for the rest of your life. You will have to eat less than you eat now, plus not eat the kind of foods that so obviously put you where you are right now in the first place. You can't keep on eating the way you do, keep on eating the kinds of food you do, and still lose weight.
2) In the light of 1), the *diet* you have copied in, is faulty, because it's only for two weeks for one. You are being unrealistic if you think that getting on that kind of diet, in fact, any diet, for two weeks and once the two weeks have passed, go back to your orginal eating habits and be fine. You may lose some weight while you are eating thus, but the moment you get off it, and increase the amount you eat, you are going to regain what you lost, and the regained weight will bring along some more friends.
Unless and until you *get it*, no matter what you do, no matter what kind of *diet* you go on, you will never be able to lose weight. Not on a permanent basis.
What you are saying, is the same as wanting good grades in school, but refusing to study hard and refusing to do all the research and write up good reports so you can get those good grades.

I agree with the Doc. I have tried those kind of diets, and in the long run they just don't work. Also, I would stay away from raw eggs at this time!

Well put Doc!!
I ran into something like this last night, my MIL forwarded me an email outlining "The HCG Diet" I was in shock the whole time I was reading it, really. After reading it took me all of maybe two minutes to send off an e-mail to her letting her know that the whole thing, to me, sounded not only unlikely to succeed, but downright scary. All I asked of her was one thing... If she was going to do it, bring ALL of the information about the diet to her Dr. if he's on board with it, and says fine, she'd not hear another peep from me on it. I told her that as for me, I'm basically following the rules of WLS, only in larger portions as I have an intact tummy (to me this makes sense...given that WLS patients HAVE to eat properly, given the fact that they can't eat as much...quality over quantity!)
This morning I got an e-mail from her asking for more info, which I gladly gave her. (although this in itself is sad...she HAD WLS and had a revision done due to the fact that the opening to her stomach was closing up, but for her not to have a clue what "the rules" were tells me that her Dr. gave her the surgery, but taught her nothing about how to use the wonderful tool he'd given her!)
I am so blessed to have found you all, with the information I've learned here, I know as long as you're patient, follow the rules and be persistant. It pays off...nothing worth having comes easy!

I was half way through a "this diet is chuffin nuts" post when I scrolled down and saw doc's response which deals with it much better than I could have done.

Sorry to tell you but diets like this one helped me. Yes helped me get to almost 300 pounds. Doc knows what she is talking about. Do as she says and you can do it.
