I've been using my SparkPeople acct to track my nutrition and fitness. Happy to say that with my efforts, I'm down 5 pounds this week. Also got my exercise bike delivered last week, so I've been putting time in on that every morning.
I've got both my husband and daughter on board with the controlled eating (my daughter more than my husband LOL). It does make it easier for them (and me) that we all eat the same. My husband isn't quite into portion control yet, but the modified menu will be a benefit for sure
It's back to work for me on Monday, so you'll probably only hear from me about once a week

as M-F is pretty tight time wise...unless I take my computer to work with me and use it at the library between shifts...hmmm.
