I have decide to go with the lap band and my health insurance wants me to do weight watcher for 12 weeks. Then see what my doctor say if medically did. Everything went well with my doctor Monday and nothing is wrong with my heart. Thanks for everyone prays and continue praying for me.

Go for it Coretta -- you've already been doing great on your own with losing the weight and WW is a good program. As for LapBand good luck! I debated that for awhile, but I didn't like the idea of something foreign "inside me" -- I'd rather get my insides altered then to have something in there. But each person has to make the decision that right for him/her and there has been great results with the LapBand -- even Annie Wilson from the rock band Heart got the Lap Band. Good luck!
