I weighed myself yesterday morning exactly 1 week since the 512lb weigh in and I have dropped 6lbs I am now officially 506lbs! thats just 6lbs away from my mini goal of getting out of the 500 block. I just wanted to post up a progress report here because I get a lot of info out of these posts and enjoy reading about all of your success stories and what works and doesn't work for all of you. all I can say is I am happy that there is a loss and not a gain!
