I havent even been able to post it and BAM! I am down to 217 like today....I got on the scale 3 times in 3 different spots in my house just to make me believe it. I even got on agaain after 8 hours of the day have gone by and it is still gone........... that makes 105lbs. gone forever. I am in shock,happy shock............. Kathy
