Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Its official....... I have been stuck for 2 weeks and have become a scale junkie!!!!!! I am going to the gym; I have upped my water intake; I have changed my eating schedule; and tried to increase my calories in order to get my system to let go!!!!!!!! So far, nothing. I had hoped for a swoosh after TOM, but I actually went up a pound!  I am vowing today to stay away from the scales for at least a week. So I will not weigh again until Tuesday next week. That is going to be hard. I can't hide them cause my hubby is a scale junkie too.  Wish me luck!! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I too was the worlds biggest scale whore. Did you know that it is possible to lose a pound just by peeing. I would get on the scale before and afterwards and actually lost a whole pound one time, LOL I now try to limit myself to once a day, but was so busy last week that I didn;t get on it for 3 days. When I did, I had lost n4 pounds. That was much more gratifying that just losing a pound a day or staying the same. So I am going to do my best to try to only weigh once a week................oh who am I kidding?? LOL I think I need to go pee. LOL
