AS THEY SAY GIRL ---- THE HONEYMOON IS OVER!!

That's when these feelings all start hitting and what was fairly easy to do starts being hard to do. Plus it IS easy to slide back to old ways. They are so ingrained deeply in your brain it's easy to go 'back' to them.

The important thing is to be aware of what you are doing and it sounds like you are!

tracking foods helps a lot..planning out things..putting snacks in little snack ziplock bags in a box in the fridge helps to plan that out. Put it in the front where it's the first things you SEE in the fridge.

habits are very hard to create . it takes a lot of determination to hold onto the new habits and stick it to it to make them be the 'new' old way.

Plus...I found THAT AT 3 MOS and 6 MOS my pouch relaxed and each time was able to get in more than the original 2-3 tblsps full...which was VERY freaky at the time..but I -did- stillkeep losing weight!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Good advice ~ ok, I admit I've been slacking on the water - will work on that. I think maybe some hot tea a little after lunch may be a good thing. I know I am fighting the urge to drink while I eat and Im sure that's a "cookies and milk" comfort habit that is trying to re-surface but I will Not go back - the cookies/milk ritual must die! LOL Actually, I am really careful with the refined flour type of carbs. Only one "grain" per day ~ usually sf oatmeal. Bree - you're def right about packing up the days food choices in pre-prepared bags, it helps keep me from not-so-good choices. Doc - thanks for your input, timely as always. I think I was somewhat expecting this phase, just wasnt sure when it would hit. Last nite I was supposed to be walking but I went to the Hallmark store instead..... Tonite will do a really good walk as my gift to me . I am up to right at 1000 cal a day +/- but they are healthy calories. Maybe a new pair of jogging shoes will re-inspire me LOL. Just rambling thoughts....

Thanks everybody ~ have a great day!

a few other suggestions....I've made it a new point to park as far away from the door when I go shopping...this makes me walk more. I used to cringe when I had to park so far away....I now walk the mall easily...and I actually look forward to it!

dress for exercise so that you don't need to pit stop at home before you go....if you go home, it's harder to get motivated to venture back out!

Pump the water, and watch your potassium....water washes this out of our system, and you will need to replenish to avoid muscle cramps!

Plan the food in ziplocs...but also, plan the day ahead of time...make a list, eat what's on it, AND NOTHING MORE!!! when you feel the hunger kick in, grab a water bottle and wash it away!

You have done so good and you look fantastic...I'm looking foward to your next skinny "beach" picture!!
