This is just a test of the emergency "I did something stupid" system. This is only a test.......

Ok, so I'm a bit beside myself. Lately I feel like I am not doing anything right! No matter what it is (housework, laundry, relationships, business stuff) I keep making stupid mistakes. What the heck is wrong with me? I feel like I've lost brain cells or something. I'd kick myself in the butt if I thought it'd help, but really, what's the point in beating myself up??? So, that's not really what this is about (although I am more than a little frustrated with myself) I just wonder if this is some sort of deficiency or something - LOL - at least then I'd have a reason for my recent madness. I've been feeling overwhelmed for a while, in many areas of my life, and now I'm actually feeling like I'm getting to a breaking point. I'm trying so hard that at this point I cant even think of much else to do to make things better. It's like the harder I try, the worse things get. Thank the Lord my weight loss has gone reasonably well, at least I dont feel like such a dismal failure there. I keep trying to reassure myself that everyone screws up from time to time and we all have bad days, no pity parties please, but like I said I just feel like I need to let off steam. It affects my confidence to the place that even when I make a plan to "fix" all my "goofs" I'm almost afraid to trust my own judgment. I cant even take things a day at a time, right now I can only deal with now. Hormones, I need to check my hormones.... at least that would explain some of it..... See, writing is good therapy..... if you dont hear from me, just check the local funny farm........

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

At least you have a sense of humor about it all - that's good! But I was going to say what you said yourself - get your hormones checked - if you feel overwhelmed, and that seems to be the underlying problem, you should get checked.

You could also have a chemical imbalance of some kind, or need some professional counseling to deal with stress. I've dealth with doctors in both areas in the past.

((((((HUGS))))) The emotional roller coaster is quite the norm of this journey.
No need to ride it out by yourself, nor second-guess yourself.
Just a bit of professional help can make help make things easier, so please don't hesitate if you feel you are heading for the looney bin.
You're doing quite fine.

Thanks everybody ~ support really is invaluable. Surely, today will be a better day. Writing has always been a way for me to download all the stuff in my head and help me see things in perspective, I probably should blog more.....
