I have come to believe than regardless the method you use or the alternatives you decide to implement to improve your health, the most important thing is that whatever you decide, you get behind it 100%. I often get good reviews of my weight loss and sometimes good and bad comments about my desicion, regardless of that the only thing I have to say is: I am Happy of who I am, and I am proud of my desicion and the way of life I have chosen.
