Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Just Yapping about me I have a job interview on Tues. Please wish me luck! I normally wouldnt ask that because I have been on a few but this is a practice I know really nothing about and it would exciting to me to learn it. Im one of those people that like a challange and it would keep me interested in it for a long time. Its with a pain management dr. The pay is amazing acutally and much more than I ever made. They told me on the phone they were very interested in me and my background. The problems I have had landing a job recently is ( your over skilled for this position). Yea I knew i was but just to get back out right now would be great. Over skilled can be as hard as under skilled . With gas prices the way they are and me living so far away from civilization LOL me and the hubby do all our errands and appoitments on the same day. He had 2 Drs appoitments yesterday and one of those is with his Thyroid cancer Dr. Mikes doing great with this. It will be 2 years in June since his initial surgery. They do test every few months to make sure its not back. He got a clean bill of health and was told after 6 more months he would be let free if eveything looks good then. After these appoitments we went to my cousins house that is like a home away from home for me. Yes......... I drank to much. Just beer but I ended up having 5 in 6 hours time.  I dilute them with Tomato Juice (always have). THe problem was I eat nothing before during or after this. I suppose this is why I held so much. Yes I have a hang over this AM from it. I didnt get drunk per say......which was odd...... Just a little buzz and it would be gone. It goes through so fast I suppose the body dont get the full effects. This is somthing I am not proud of nor am I braggin about. It would have served me right to have  . On the lighter note of this I havnt seen him since Sept. A couple weeks before surgery. Of course I got the praise and how great i look which is always well recieved. He ended up calling alot of friends etc over just to see ME! LOL my hubby thought this was funny so did I. The moral to all this is...... get out and socialize. This is somthing I havnt done really except with my brothers since surgery. If you dont you will be waking up on a Saturday morning like myself with a hangover you shouldnt have. I just had so much fun visiting and laughing and sharing memories and got so caught up in it all I just went to far. Im gonna pay for this today. |

Dont worry about me trading addiction because I very rarely have a sip of anything. I wouldnt dare try any type of liquor. I tried a sip of wine on a romantic evening me and the hubby shared a month ago and I got sick right away off that. As soon as it hit my pouch it decided it didnt wanna stay. Mike said that was the first 30 dollar bottle of wine he ever had to himself! LOL. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Well I lived through it! LOL geesh. I have found what I think is a hangover cure besides drinking alot of water. Cantaloupe. This was my breakfast this am. My tummy was never upset from last night go figure. I eat it and in about 20 minutes my head ache was leaving. Then about a hour later I felt great. I took no meds of any kind the reason being I deserved it . Doc....... if you see this..... does pain management Drs deal with cancer paitents pain like in the end stages or is that left up the the Oncologist? |
