Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  i have come to realize..... that no matter how much you hurt inside it's not ok to strike out at those closest to you.as you all know i have had a ruff couple months.well it took it's toll on me...i was hurting and bad.i quit taking my anti anxiety meds and paid for it.and nearly lost the best husband in the world because of it.i kept everything inside...hidden...till it boiled over and was a mess.never say anything you don't mean,or can't take back.things are better now that i am back on meds.but my point is this,if you hurt..talk to someone,don't think your so tuff you can take it,you might find thats not the case at all.i need guidance, and ask for it on a daily basis now...and also watch my words,because i hurt paul and myself.thanx for listening,and know that we are fine now. huggs christy

| Guru In Training | Christy, my husband is on anxiety meds, several{ xanax, prozac,buspare] he has OCD,gen. anxiety, ADHD, and Tourettes, and god knows what else. Sometimes I feel like his mother... but thats another story.. anyway sometimes I think in our mind we feel like no one cares, and we lash out, my husband is great at expressing his words, way to often.. I just ignor all of it, cause he doesn't mean a thing of it. But I have been married for 30+ years and have gotten used to this behavior. he has a wonderful Dr. at University of Min who is specialist and teaches OCD to young DR's. You have to love and forgive yourself and remind your self that each day is a new day. It sounds like you will be Ok..write anytime, we all care about you! Peggy/Fargo

| I am glad that in the long run all is getting better for you. I too take a med., and might be out of line thinking that I might get off of it someday, but for now I am still needing it.
