Well today I acutally made it in to work. The nurse I was covering for had a bathroom within 5 seconds from her station. Thank goodness. Neways...... I missed yesterday to after driving to work for 40Minutes and stopping in town 4 times. I did go speak to my supervisior and she insisted that I be seen. Shes a RN and was right. I called my PCPs office again 3rd time this week and told them the running its course wasnt getting it and I had to be seen. She ended up giving me an IV along with countless test. My electrolytes were very low my White count was very high so that warranted an antibotic. So im on Cipro now 750 mgs still running to the bathroom about 15 times a day. However I have felt some better today. My hubby insisted that I drink Gatorade more...... I hate that stuff with a passion. Fingers pointing to???????? Possibly Salmonella. Im very symptomatic of it. I wont know until Monday or Tuesday what the results are. If i get worse....... off the ER. Did I mention I have lost 10 pounds from this? LOL. I know a much better way of doing that. |
