I am with Kim, bathroom breaks, hehehe!! Hopefully you saved ONE thing from your clothes from pre-surgery, if so, go put it on now!!! Look in the mirror and laugh!!! This always helps me, the other day I put on the one pair of jeans from before my surgery, I cinched them up with a belt, and wore them ALL DAY, just so that I would feel good all day! I am with ya on the weight issue, have been bouncing 202-204 for a week now, ONEDERLAND LOOK OUT, HERE COMES AMINA AND TRACI!!!
