I HIT MY GOAL WEIGHT TODAY!!! I have so many thoughts and emotions going on. I never would have thought that I would hit my goal within 6 months of surgery. Never. I am just absolutely elated today.
BUT, as crazy as it sounds, I don't feel a whole lot different. I don't think my mind has caught up with the weight loss. People tell me how good I look, but I don't see myself the way they do obviously. And I don't think I'm done. I feel like there is alot more to lose when I look in the mirror. I'm on a high right now, watching the scale drop every day. I thought once the scale said 149, I would be happy, but all day, I've though, 'how low can I get?' Unhealthy thoughts? Probably so.
