Default Daily Motivation!!

Relax and enjoy
D
iligent, focused effort will bring about great achievements. And that effort is infinitely more effective when regularly balanced with complete, total relaxation. The more effectively you work, the more opportunities you'll have for relaxation. The more fully you relax on a regular basis, the more effective your work will become.

It is common to get stuck when you are working on something difficult and complex. One of the best ways to get moving forward again is to take some time off.

Get completely away from your difficult and demanding effort. Put it totally out of your mind, and replace it with something that's overwhelmingly enjoyable.

Then, when you come back, you'll be operating from a more powerful, more positive, more purposeful perspective. And the breakthrough you need will come.

On a regular basis, take time to relax, to enjoy, to savor life fully. And you'll find that it improves every corner of your world.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

That makes total sense to me. I think, alot of times we take life for grantid. I thought of my life since my surgery, and never really took the time to think of how my life as a whole has changed. Everything has changed so dramatically since my surgery, it actually is unreal. Everything has just gotten better. Even my love life. Did I just say that? OOPS There I go, typing what I am thinkin again. Seriously though, thanks for posting that. It was very interesting to read, not to mention, made me think of what I truley have gotten from my life especially since my surgery.

Source of joy
This is a beautiful day, filled with tremendous positive possibilities. And you can make it even better.Be a source of joy today, and you can make the world a better place. Be a source of joy today, and experience how great it feels.

Take those things that normally would annoy you, and simply laugh them off. Then overwhelm them with your own joyful smile, kind words and thoughtful actions.

Do something helpful just because it feels so good and so right. Put a smile on your face, in your voice and in your thoughts, and watch as your joyful expression spreads far beyond you.

Whatever you may be doing, make the decision to truly and fully enjoy it. You'll be amazed at how quickly others will pick up on your joy and return it to you in even greater measure.

Fill your heart with joy by filling the world with joy. Be a source of joy today, and experience life at its best.

Think highly
Y
ou are only as skilled as you think you are. Yet you can always change your thoughts. You'll be precisely as successful as you think you'll be. And you can always change your thoughts.

Your thoughts are yours to direct and control. And those thoughts will in turn direct and determine the reality of your life. For the results you attain depend on your actions. And your actions flow directly from your thoughts.

If your life is not what you'd like for it to be, then raise the level of your thinking. It takes no physical effort from you, just a willingness to think more highly of yourself and of what you can do.

Your thoughts alone will not make anything happen, and yet they will precisely determine what you make to happen. Think highly of your best possibilities, and you'll bring those possibilities to life.

Default you are very welcome Kat :)

Here is one......just for me on this special day!

Hope for the best

Replace your worry with hope. And fulfill your hope with
action.

Send positive thoughts to your most troubling situation.
Soon you'll find yourself starting to act on those thoughts.

Instead of worrying about the worst that could happen, allow
yourself to hope for the best that can happen. In your mind,
make the most positive outcome real.

Hope for the best, with passion, conviction and faith. For
when you do, you'll begin to see real, workable ways to get
there.

There is no situation so desperate that it cannot be turned
around. Always, there is a place and a purpose for hope.

Hope for the best, and let that hope push you forward. With
hope in your heart, you're well on your way.

Instant results

If you're willing to settle only for instant results, you're
seriously limiting what you can accomplish. Most things of
great value take some time to achieve.

It is good to take action. It is far more powerful to take
focused, sustained action.

The results you're willing to wait for are the results that
will last the longest. The time you invest in creative,
productive, effective effort will always pay the greatest
dividends.

If you're always chasing instant results, life will be a
constant struggle. By contrast, you can do the work of
fifty, a hundred, a thousand people or more by spreading the
effort over time.

Just imagine the incredible, lasting value you'll be able to
create. When your efforts build upon each other, there is no
limit to how far you can go.

Persist in your work, and you will be abundantly rewarded.
The results that come over time are far and away the most
precious.
