Cool So down and out!

I have been feeling down for the past couple of weeks. I feel more tired, im cravings crappy food, ive eaten crappy food a couple times, im just not excited about the WLS anymore. It doesnt help that the scale keeps going between 215-216. I feel hopeless...like this is it...I was starting to feel confident and now im avoiding mirrors again. I refuse to buy new clothes...something in my brain is not clicking. I just feel really run down and not able to be happy about the 40 pounds ive lost. I havent been going to the gym and im just tired ALL THE TIME. I got blood work done last week and am waiting for the results. I hope everything is okay.

Im going through a lot of stress at work...but I dunno if thats it...I dont feel like myself...im just kind of a zombie!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I feel like that when my B12 drops too low (Im on monthly injections but I often forget and miss a month...bad, i know), the diabetes nurse who gives me the B12 shots (he is part of the clinic for the GB programme at the Hospital and they kindly give me the shots so I dont have to go to the Drs and pay for it), anyway, Brian the nurse, I ask for him to do it, and when i walk in he says to me how crappy i look, dark circles, sunken eyes etc and he KNOWS that im late for my shot..lol Hes honest I will give him that lol we have a great laugh. But iron can do that also. I hope you get your bloods back quick. My Iron got down to 2 and that is almost trace iron, not good, so had injections 2 x a week for 4 wks or so to build it up and then take a pill a day to maintain it.
If you can find some sugar craving pills, usually at a health shop or maybe in a supermarket (like mine are), they may help with the cravings, I thinks its chromium or something... I take 4 a day (sposed to be 3 but I am up till very late and have another before bed so my sugar levels stabilise during the night so I dont get the hyper/hypoglycemia cant remember which one it is, the low one anyway), and it works good. I dont crave as much, my levels havent dropped as much, and I feel a bit more in control.
Keep us updated matey, fight the urges, maybe just do some slow walks, something is better than nothing, and drink some protein shakes to keep everything ticking along. And if you need to sleep, then sleep if you can. Use this time to take a rest from the hard out work and ease off a little, but dont stop altogether. Does that make sense? lol
I hope its something easy fixed like low vits. * *

Could this be cause and effect? Which comes first - following the rules or being blessed by following the rules?

Sure it's hard!! Anyone who told you it would be easy was dead wrong. But ya gotta do it anyway!!

Your body doesn't take excuses. It only rewards performance. And who knows - eat right and you might start feeling better! Mental attitude is where the majority of success lies. Is your current mindset taking you anywhere you want to go?

I was also thinking it might be a vitamin deficiency...ive been keeping up on them...i just had blood work and am waiting for the results.

I dont think im in the right mind set...I cant put my finger on why though....weather...job...and this job interview is scheduled for tomorrow and Im really nervous.

I need to get back to the gym...it made me feel good and the scaled moved. I just need to get back in the habit of getting up at 5:30.

I wonder if I will start to feel better once this interview is DUN---DONE!!!!

Sounds like either a vitamin deff. or maybe a bit of hormonal depression (estogen can play a big role during and after rapid weight loss) I have had to go on meds and they have since upped me twice and I am finally feeling better. Hope it gets better for you soon!

I have come back and forth to this post not knowing what to tell you. I hope its winter funk. You gotta get out of this even if it means seeing your Dr.

VitB lack, dehydration, PMS, SAD (otherwise known as winter funk)... could be any of those.
Hope you feel better soon.
