Default body reshaping

just a little thing i noticed

i have often read on here that when you go through a period of no loss that you can still lose inches , being a man i havnt rearllyt noticed this untill .........
christmass i tried on a suit and needed 30 inch waist 46 inch chest any way went back the other day (havnt changed weight in three months) and needed 32 inch waist but a 42 inch chest so 4 inches of my chest, im thinking how long all theese redistributing of inches will go on for as im fed up of spending money on clothes just to be no good.
i was told by doctore that your skin can carry on repairing it self for up to 2 years maybe thats when it will all stop
any way good luck all

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I went from a 46" waist to a 30", then back up to a 32". Your body is so excited about being able to set itself up the way it wants, it'll be moving the furniture around for some time. You're closing in on it, but it may not be satisfied yet, so don't invest too heavily for a little while. I forget how long it took me to stabilize, but however long it was, it's worth it!!

3 words: second hand shop.

lol you can find some good stuff in there, esp mens things as men ususally dont go in there. Have a look, you might be surprised what you find, esp with the more...expensive ones, they usually stock cast offs from the more wealthy, which may have been worn a time or 2..

Good job, congrats!!! Yep, thrift shops and second hand stores are your friends during this time. Heck, when you don't have any more use for your new duds, you can go back to them, and *exchange* for something that fits

Good to see you back. I certainly hope that is true about the skin repairing for a long time. But Iguess if you think about it - the skin has been healing all along...... hummmmm.

There is hope for EVERYONE who follows the rules to reach their body's goal. (Note that I said "your body's" goal, not yours. You are just a passenger on this journey. Your body knows where it wants to be, and given the opportunity, it'll find it and let you know - on it's timetable, not yours! But there is still hope for the patient and compliant.)
