Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Alcohol can cause weight gain. Once you are on the right track, you should be able to lose it

Good job on getting rid of the alcohol....
call a friend, do a puzzle, an exercise tape... read a good book..
fight for it. You will be ok.

I'm glad to hear that you cleaned the alcohol out of your house. Please hang in there and do know we are here to support you not judge you. With giving up any addiction whether it be food, alcohol, smoking, drugs etc. it does feel like you are losing a friend. My addiction was smoking and it wasn't until I really began to realize this so called friend was really no friend at all to me that I could say good bye once and for all. Sometimes I think I miss it or want to visit once again but that's when I have to remind myself of how toxic that relationship was and how hard I worked to break it off. Then I can pat myself on the back and be proud of my accomplishment. You can do this Clea and please keep reaching out to us instead of a drink and you will get past this addiction and feel proud of your success. You are in my prayers. If you ever want to PM me feel free to so.

Clee sweetie, I couldnt beleive how fast and how much my hubby lost in pounds and inches once he quit drinking..he bloated up terrible when drinking..I am so very proud of your decision to try, you may fall mind ya, but now you know you can pick yourself up and start over, everyday is a new day, some harder than others..Just hang in there and dust off if you fail and start that new day once again..I hope you can succeed without falling, but gosh I watched my hubby so many times over the years you just never know... but you have to want for yoruself not for others, and it sounds like your there hun and thats the winning edge, love you and so very proud of you
