Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I think food journaling is a great idea! I love www.sparkpeople.com - it's free and it's really quick & easy to use. Good luck - don't get discouraged!

Food journaling is a great idea. I use my fitness pal but the old fashion way (pen & paper) will work also. Stalls are normal but I have found drinking my water helps. It is easy to not drink your alloted water but if I stall I can almost always look back and see that I neglected my water. Now I am only 6 1/2 months out and I'm very sure I'll have times when no matter what I do I won't lose. I have heard your time of the month could affect weight gain (water), I couldn't say because of a complete hystrotmeny(sp). Just follow your rules and you will do fine. Up and down a few pounds is normal. The closer you get to goal, the slower it goes. Stalls are normal. You got this. And by the way great job so far on your weight loss.

Good Luck,
Monica

I also LOVE Sparkpeople.com. It is easy to use.. (I can use it without help.)
Anyway, journal your food... get your water in..and the big question is:
What are you doing for exercise?
I think movement makes a big difference. I know it isn't easy for us, but start walking. Go a little further every day. Do an exercise tape at home.... ride a bike...you have options that don't cost a lot.
GOOD LUCK and keep posting.

Yes keeping on top of what you are eating will help you see anything that might be happening you are not aware of. Remember no drinking with your meals

Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Congratulations on your wonderful weight loss.
(((((HUGS))))) May your journey go well.

Up your water intake as well as your protein. It's getting hot, so you may be dehydrated without realization.
