I knew in the begining that I was doing wrong I told Doc I quit they didnt test me I was playing with fire then and now I got burnt. It has been 2 weeks today and I still hurt ,tried shopping yesterday and couldnt do it - mind you I just had a hystrectomy (full 7 weeks ago) But still this has been the worst .

You most likely saved my life and I thank you God and this website for that.... Last monday as I had posted on here that I had been hurting for weeks but over the weekend had gotten so ill was not able to keep anything down and was in so much pain it was worse than labor but I was thinking maybe just a stomach bug but had made plans to call my Dr. I got to work and your post was the 1st one I seen. I read it called the Dr and went to the ER.... I had a ulcer, Hernia & a kink in my bowel....& had to have another surgery.... I have not smoked in 8 days now. My Dr told me this was my wake up call... It has been a very hard 8 days the 1st 4 I was in the hospital...... Again thank you for your post.... I hope you get better soon.... Love & prayers for you and your family

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Best of luck for a speedy recovery.

I have many stories of loosing relatives (2 grandfathers and an uncle) to smoking and remember mostly the pain and suffering they went through in their last years on this earth.

I am not going to preach about this, I simply dont understand how people can turn a blind eye to the damage smoking brings to them and their loved ones who breath 2nd hand smoke and see their parents, spouses or friends die in front of them from smoking.

I am glad you came through this and that this near death experience has saved your life in more ways than one.

Keep us posted.

Sweetmo! I am glad you are ok ...did your tummy burst? It is the worst pain ever I agree. I may end up back in the hospital today due to compications . Please take care of yourself. Watch what you put in your pouch Tylenol only and try to stay away from acid foods and drinks ,
Love to you

Oh dear.....how frightening and traumatic. I am so sorry you encounted all the medical problems and so glad that you "manned up" to tell others. I believe it's very likely your honesty may save other's lives! Thank you, dear Lord for saving our Clee Clee and others!

What an eye opener.....
Prayers coming your way for quick healing and strength to kick the habit!
Thank you for sharing.
