Hello everyone! i been feeling a little weird for say something, im doing my diet and i started going to the gym for the past 4 week, im doing cardio for 1.5 hrs. daily and still loosing weight super slow, any advice! im super frustrated

I feel weird all the time, but I don't think you're talking about the same thing. Weird like sickly, or obsessed (about excercise or losing)......or just frustrated about that dang scale?
