Talking 1 Month Post Op...Yay!
I just got home from my 1 month post op appointment! I am officially down 35 lbs (20 since surgery) and am feeling GREAT

I can start seafood and fish today (2 oz), so that is exciting! I have not had many issues...had a very hard time getting all of my water in, but found that if I drink a few SoBe Lifewaters, it makes getting my 60 oz in much easier!!

Having WLS is by far one of the BEST choices I have ever made in my life!!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
