This is interesting and I have had some of the same things happen to me., not so much now but in the past. Intersting.
I too find that the evening hours are dangerous for me and i need to keep my mind occupied. It is temporary though....I do notice that I do not sleep well if i get to carried away at nght. So I need to keep that in mind.

Friuts and/or something hot like decaf teas or sf hot chocolates help.
There are alot of things that I just do not do anymore since my surgery, but late night just grabs me sometimes., old habits I geuss. Need to work on getting rid of those.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Thumbs up Me Too!

I know that feeling about night eatting myself! I have done that for many year's. I had my surgery done 'Feb 14, 2007'. And so far I have lost nearly 100lbs. My post-surgery weight was 377lbs. But I still have those feeling for something to have in my stomach! Believe it or not. I try to eat something healthy like cheese sticks'. Or a suger-free fudge-pop. I just like something to make my stomach say ok! Now you have that snack now leave me alone! LOL!! I hope that is the least of my worries for now. But keep-up the good work and it will pay-off.
