Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Default hello dragonfly

I experience that from time to time. I kinda figured out for myself though, when it mostly happens, it is usually during late evening. I figured out that I am going too long from supper til bedtime without eating even a snack. I, now, have an apple or something on that order midway to bedtime. That really cured that problem for me anyway. You are right though, you feel just plain cruddy. I felt very tired, a bit sweaty even. I don't really know your eating habits, but if you are not snacking at all in between meals, maybe you should. Even if it is just a handful of nuts. If you decide to try it, I would love to hear back from you. I have learned that by posting questions on this site, someone will reply having had that very same thing, whatever it may be. That is what I love about this site. Take Care, and keep us posted. mike

You're pre op, aren't you?
Have you ever had the cause of low blood sugar checked? Like thyroids, or insulinoma (benign tumor in pancreas that overproduces insulin) or is it that your pancreas releases extra insulin to bring the blood sugar down (this often happens with obese people) after meals.
You'll have to start there to figure the next step.

I was a type 2 diabetic going into this and now I find that if I do not pay strict attention to my sugar and carb intake I go from very high sugar reading (270)to very low reading (40-50). If I eat too large of a meal the same thing will happen. I suspect that our bodies have been taxed for so long from all the excess weight that it is just trying to figure out how to be normal. If your sugar is too low most of the time I would definately talk to your doctor about it to be sure that there isn't some medibolic reason for it. Good Luck - Jan
