Let me tell you that the only thing keeping me going was my WONDERFUL weigh in this morning...but aside from that i feel like CRAP! lol. this is my first cold post op. on top of being cold all the time i am EXTRA freezing because i am sick. It's just a head cold thank god. i used to always get respiratory infections pre-op, i guess that was somehow related to the asthma??? but nothing in the chest yet. so far so good. im so happy i did this. honestly.

Did you ever see that show of "The stupidest things ever made"? They had a little steam pot that you put in your nose and sniffed up steam to clear it out!! I love the sudafed wall plug ins and the menthol bath oil. I have tried the Vicks shower soothers, but those chase me out of the bathroom let alone the shower! It works, but takes your breath away too!! |
