Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  What would you do? I have A LOT going on right now  . The WLS OF COURSE is ruling my life right now. The housing issue. I applied for the Police Officer exam, so I have to train and study for that. If accepted it could take up to a year  to actually get called (just found this out today). I finally got approved to go to the shrink  I GOT A CALL FOR A JOB OFFER here in CT  pays 10k more than what i am making now and could be worth doing for a year if i have to wait to become a police officer. (have i mentioned how much i HATE my present place of employment??)I just feel like i am all over the place. Im not very stable at all in my mode of thinking or anything. i have a bunch of opportunities before me and no clue what to concentrate on first. is it normal to be this scatter-brained at this stage of the game? can someone be the voice of reason for me please? can you help me put this all in order?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  You sure have a lot on your plate.I am a very spiritual person and believe in going to God in times of need as well as times when things are going great. Take some time to pray, I know you do, but do it more. I will pray for you as well. Also, I have noticed that I cannot handle things like I used to since surgery. I get very ancy/nervous if there are too many things on my plate. I think what you are going through is very normal. I cannot remember the statistic, but on the evening news it said that it is very normal for people to change jobs up to 20 times before the age of 40. WOW! I cannot imagine - I feel like I have been teaching forever! Anyway, I know there isn't any advice in this that you don't already know; I just wanted you to know that I am praying for you and hoping that the right doors open for you.

WOW. im 30 and ive only had 6 in my entire lifetime (and 2 were volunteer) LOL! i guess i need to get movin lol! that whole ancy thing that you describe YESSSSSSS thats it! i dont handle things well under pressure at all anymore. i gues because i cant "eat them away"?? im totally going to pray on it. the thing is, i pray, and i wind up with an extra helping on my plate lol. doesnt god know i just had RNY? I need a smaller portion lol! sometimes i wonder what the lesson is in all of this? i am very confused. i thought there would be a well lit path for me, but now i am more confused than ever. i might have to sleep on this....if i could actually get to sleep that might help i am thinking i should call these people back. they have called me (leaving voicemails) a couple of times last week but actually stated an offer today which is WIERD. i never even spoke to them....*sigh* thanks for the kind words as always and for bringing in the spiritual aspect. that always calms me down a bit.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I think you're right about the not eating them away. I think I have replaced eating with drinking water, but my teacher bladder is giving way. LOL! My room is so FAR away from the bathroom, but this year I am going downstairs to the bathroom to get the extra exercise. Yes, I think I would call them. The offer on the phone - they are interested. I really think I am not going to celebrate my birthday anymore; this surgery has changed everything. I will celebrate June 12. I feel reborn. I feel like I have to LEARN everything over. I used to be the one everyone could count on. The counselor said to me that having this surgery was very selfish, but selfish in a good way. Most overweight people do and do for others, and this is the ONE thing we decide to do for ourselves (even if we are doing it for our family in the long run!) Makes sense to me. There is an old saying that God never gives you more than you can handle. Maybe you are stronger than you think! I think you need to go to bed. Take some Tylenol PM and go to sleep. Pray until you fall asleep.

well, i wouldnt need housing if i got an increase in pay. i could afford to move closer to the county where i would be working if i pass the exam. and i am sure if i got the increase BEFORE i got into housing, i wouldnt be eligible at all. yes i need neon signs as well lol. interpretation always winds up in disaster for me lol! if we start talking about my passion, it will throw a wrench in this whole thing lol. i would have to go back to college to do what i want (nursing) and i just cant do that, not now. so......*sigh*
