Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Great Book I Found Hello everyone~ I just thought that I would share a book that I found with anyone that is interested. It is called "Life After Gastric Bypass" by Katrina Segrave, RD,LDN, CSCS & Jerry Wayne, Gastric Bypass Patient Success Story. It has meal plans, exercises, and tips for all kinds of different things. Just thought I would share. Oh..........got my paperwork from the hospital yesterday, I'm getting closer. Woo Hoo!!!!! Have a wonderful day.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I actually went to Hastings and looked it up on their computer. I then ordered it, I had it within a week. I love it because it covers everything. I have put index flags on important stuff so I can just flip to the page. I am glad that I could share this with everyone.
