Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  No Size Change Yet!!!! Ok. I went shopping today and tried on a couple shirts and pants in a size small than I normally wear. I wear an 18 and tried a 16. Could one pair buttoned but was tight. The other couldn't even come close. The blouses ( normally wear a 3x got a 1x) couldn't get them buttoned either. Is 28 lbs not enough to go down 1 stinking size. I'm really down and out. I can really tell a difference in my face and shoulders and my stomach but I guess it's not enough. My 18's that I have now are really loose but I guess not loose enough. How flustrating
