Default No Size Change Yet!!!!

Ok. I went shopping today and tried on a couple shirts and pants in a size small than I normally wear. I wear an 18 and tried a 16. Could one pair buttoned but was tight. The other couldn't even come close. The blouses ( normally wear a 3x got a 1x) couldn't get them buttoned either. Is 28 lbs not enough to go down 1 stinking size. I'm really down and out. I can really tell a difference in my face and shoulders and my stomach but I guess it's not enough. My 18's that I have now are really loose but I guess not loose enough. How flustrating

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Dont Worry You'll Get There. Dont Forget Probaby The First 10 Pounds Was Probably Water Weight. (i Could Be Wrong) Thats Great THAT YOU Lost 28 Pounds. The Same Thing Happened To Me And I Have Been On A Stall For The Longest Time But I Have Been Losing Inches I Recently Noticed Cause I Went Down From A 22/24 To A 18/20. Give It Time For Your Body To Catch Up And Lose Inches.

You Just Started Hun. It Hasnt Even Been A Month Yet. Youll Get There

very true. i know this sounds silly but the lbs are not = to the inches at all. by that i mean, i lost more in sizes during my stalls than i did while i was losing actual weight. go figure! chin up, patience. you'll get there

It's still only 3 weeks since your surgery. Hang in there, you'll get there you know, but on your body's own schedule, not the schedule in your head.

I realized that my waist size is almost the same, its my hips and thighs that are getting smaller. I dont know if I am still swollen because of the surgery, or because of the G Tube, I suppose tht I will find out after the 19th when it is removed.

Hang in there. It will come. And like Doc says your only 3 weeks out. It starts slow but then all of a sudden you will be able to buy smaller sizes. Hang in there!!!
