This book may have already been mentioned, but I just loved it. I read it when I decided to have surgery. I cried and underlined stuff and told everyone in my family to read it. I highly recommend this book to you all if you have not read it:

Exodus from Obesity: The Guide to Long-Term Success After Weight Loss Surgery by Paula Peck

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yes, I recommend this one. It's very good. The hitch is it's available only online (you can get it at Amazon) so if you don't do online shopping for a variety of reasons, then borrow it from a friend if you can.
