I hope sharing this will lift someone else up as well. PHENOMENAL WOMAN by Maya Angelou Pretty women wonder where my secret lies I'm not cute or built to suit a model's fashion size But when I start to tell them They think I'm telling lies. I say It's in the reach of my arms The span of my hips The stride of my steps The curl of my lips. I'm a woman Phenomenally Phenomenal woman That's me. I walk into a room Just as cool as you please And to a man The fellows stand or Fall down on their knees Then they swarm around me A hive of honey bees. | Super Moderator  |  How true. The secret of every woman with inner beauty shining from their souls. Here, we have a saying that goes we are respoonsible for our "face" past 40 years old, meaning, it's our inner self that defines how we look on the outside, once we get to that age. Being at peace with yourself does a lot to make a woman beautiful, and a man handsome. It's about character, not the outer trimmings. Outer trimmings wear out with age, character matures and becomes tastey with age. ((((((HUGS)))))
