Default My Vacation good and bad.

Im home. I think its a good thing considering. LOL. Geesh where do I start.

Well friday I got a really late start. We over slept. Why? Got home at 2:30 am after a night of helping a young 18 year old girl and her two little ones with a exploded battery. We pulled up into a Walmart to get last minuite stuff to take on the trip. Went in got a few things come out. There was a couple pushing this car into the spot beside our car. I heard the man say its your alternator. And left. We went to back up and I say to the hubby .....honey ask if she needs our help with anything. She heard me and said yes please help me. After looking at her car and seeing the battery swollen out my hubby determined it had exploded . Acid everywhere. This child was 18 and had a 2 year old and a 3 month old with her. I asked if we could take her home or call somone to come get her. She stated she had noone to call, and really needed to get her car fixed for work in the AM.

We ended up buying her a battery and installing it for her. Come to find out her Boyfriend had put the used battery in her car and took out the post and all the stuff my hubby needed to hold it in. The Wire that you connect it with was burnt to a crisp also. He went in and bought all the stuff he needed to fix it with. We ended up spending about $120.00 on this girls car. During the time Mike was working on it I went and bought supper for the 2 year old who was hungry at Wendys. Good Samaritarin huh. Now when we was almost done she asked if she could use the cell phone. I said sure. She called her boyfriend and told him that the battery exploded and that she would be home in a few minutes. He CAME to the PLACE WE WAS AT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was home the entire time..... drinking. He got out of the car and fell down from all the alchol. She introduced him as her fiance. This whole process took about 4 hours after finding different things missing and burnt up. He didnt say thank you kiss my A$$ or nothing. She was to embarrased to say anything and just got in the car with him and left.

ON the way to Georgia we hit 2 yes 2 Traffic jams were we sit still on the interstate for a long time. Never found out why just that we hit them. Left Ga on Saturday evening getting to Flordia and find out Mikes Dad is not were to be found.Soon to be exwife filed and injuction on him and took the house temporally. Its his. Has been for 40years. He married her less than a year ago and a week later had him put in a NUT house for 3 days until they found him sane. This man is a very wealthy widower. The lady is running a scam on him but, he cant see it. Shes 48 he's 82.

We drove out of Flordia on to the beach. I didnt get to meet Kim. I was so upset over that. I didnt think she wanted to be called a 3 in the AM telling her I was leaving FLORDIA !

Myrtle Beach was good. Except the first day i go to the pool not paying attention to the chairs. I set down on a lounger and it squated on me. I was sooooooooooo embarrased. No body acted like they seen me do it but they all did. Hubby got me up and looked at the chair. Seems it most of them was cracked already anyways. Out of 50 chairs 6 were new that I could fit into and they werent cracked. So I got a chair to lay in. Spent alot of time thinking about the surgery. Im excited about it and hope the Dr dont change his mind. I have my preop visit with him this Thursday. I found myself watching eveything I put into my mouth and thinking ok its gonna be a long time before I can taste you again so.... you best be good. LOL !!!!!!!!!! No I didnt over eat anything. If anything I ate less because of me thinking about what was going in. Come home a day early because we had to spend money on the girl then on a hotel night we didnt account for.

Ok Another novel that I didnt intend to be but its here. I hope you all had a great week.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You will be rewarded for what you all did for that girl. And I am so sorry about your vacation. Where did you stay at the beach? Did you shop? Did you eat a hamburger for me? LOL

Thanks Kenya Its good to be home. Genmel Yes I eat a hamburger of course! LOL Its my second favorite food in the world. Im sitting here right now drinking a Dr. Pepper and enjoying each drop because that is comming to a end. I acutally crave it. We stayed at the Dayton House Resort again. This one is so nice. Good price to. They cater to familes and couples. They have wooden swings set up on the beach front in the yard so you can sit down and enjoy the ocean. The website doesnt do it justice for sure. We shopped a little bit. Im not a shopper belive it or not. My hubby loves to shop and im opposite. I was single Mom to long I suppose and had to watch money to close. Now my hubby will go wild LOL. He buys ME stuff because I wont buy it. He watched me buy new school shoes for my son one year and spend 70 bucks on them and then come home and use Gorilla glue on a sole of one of my work shoes to hold it together. The next day he went and bought me two pair along with 2 handbags. LOL.

Welcome home, wow, some adventure you had.
You know good deeds will come back to you in a very good way, usually when you don't notice or expect it.
Did you find your FIL? That sure is a scam and a poor situation for an octogenerian, I hope things work out there.

MsVickie, Your vacation was a doozy. Your husband sounds like a wonderful man. I am so happy you have him and I am sure he is happy he found you. Helping people like you did was a wonderful christian thing to do. I am sure the girl appreciated it and will never forget it. I feel sorry for her and the life she has chosen though. God will not forget what you did either.
I am so excited that your surgery is soon. Seems like we have been here for a long time talking and thinking about it. You are going to be fine and so much heatlhier and happy. I will be praying for you. M
