Default I think I am getting weaker

I exercise, everyday. however i try to switch it up a bit. i have been rotating between tae bo dvds, pilates dvds, walking outside, and using the elliptical inside. in addition i have been using the stretchy bands as a form of resistance, and using the ball to do crunches.

today i went back to the elliptical and i couldnt last as long as i could before. i could only do a mile on a low setting. i was up to 3 on the 3rd setting. i think i'm getting weaker or something. i cant even walk as long anymore either. i used to do an hour now at 1/2 an hour i feel like im gonna fall out. wierd huh?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

afterthought, im a little nervous about this. i could be thinking the extreme but could i have muscle atrophy? i would think that i would have built some muscle by now and would be stronger...

Has this been going on for a while, or for the last few days or so?
If you noticed it only in the last few days, your body may just be trying to catch up with some stuff. Relax for a few days, get in as much rest as you can, instead of exercising, then go back to your schedule and see how it feels.

do you do weights then cardio.....or cardio, then weights? When you work out, ATP molecules accumulate and burn fat. (glucose) When you are weight training, you create less glucose to burn. It's real important to do weights first, then cardio (and so many people do this backwards). If you do cardio, THEN weights, you will be weaker and quite possibly limited on what you can lift, had you done it the other way around.

My trainer said warm up....weights...cardio.....then stretch...and LOTS of water. The ATP release is what makes your muscles sore...and you want help wash this out (like ketones) if you consume lots of water after a work out!

Tomorrow's lesson will be on REMEMBERING TO TAKE ALL YOUR VITAMINS & PROTEIN!!!

Perhaps mentally you're far more ready than you are physically. Slow down yet still continue to exercise. I started with walking and still have only progressed to 2 miles.

I go in spurts. Most days I can walk my 3-4 miles. But some days I feel like I am draggign. I think alot of it has to do with our bodies and still being in shock and etc...One day I have so much energy and do a fast power walk and like you said other days Im thinking, when is this gonna end. Maybe its the protein and etc...
Hang in there.
