I haven't lost anything in almost two weeks and I'm getting really scared. I did have two pieces of thin crust veggie pizza yesterday. I am finding it hard to resist stuff like that. I feel so guilty . I had lost two pounds yesterday and weighed again today and had gained 3 back!!!!!!!!! What am I going to do if I can't lose anymore. I'm so scared that its over for me. Has anyone ever only lost a little weight and not lost anymore with this surgery?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

sorry but at times the scale will not move but the good news with that is that usually its the visual inches melting away.

YOU gotta try your best to not obsess with the scale or ur gonna make ur self nuts.
OUR body will have days it retains water...and thats why one day down too then floating up the 2 again its the femal body and normal.

your tool will work
you will loose more weight just relax!
AND WORK ON ONE TIME A WEEK WEIGH INS
or maybe even once a month which is hard
but may keep u from being blue

Keep working it, and it will take care of itself....!!! You've lost a LOT of weight in a VERY short time span (I should listen to my own advice, huh?? LOL). If you stick to the plan, you can't help but lose! There will ALWAYS be temptations (ask my daughter about me BEGGING her for a crumb of her oatmeal/raisin cookies last night). We got here via lotsa crazy eating habits...and those don't go away with overnight with surgery.....

Keep your eye on the prize...you're doing great...stalls suck, but part of this roller coaster we are on!

You're doing fine. Your body needs to adjust with each step, so your scale will go down, get stuck during which your clothes size go down, then the scale moves, then the sizes and on and on.
Hang in there, check your clothes and how they fit, instead of the numbers on the scale.

You'll be okay . I went through a really, really rough patch. The harder I would exercise the worse things would seem to be. *knock on wood* things seem to be going better now. I really was stressed, because I thought things would slow way down after 3 months. Just relax and hide the scale. (((((HUGS)))))

Thanks everyone for the support. I have decided not to weigh for a while. The pants that I bought a couple of weeks ago are a little looser today.

Yup I have found too if you dont weigh yourself all the time it helps. And alot of the time when your not loosing the weight your loosing inches. Keep it up and it will happen.
