Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Protein powder is a hit or miss with everyone. I have tried everything and I am now using the EAS Vanilla from Walmart. Its not too bad. I add flavors to it though, so I can change the taste up. Oh yeah, WELCOME to the boards and good Luck.

I like the SYNTRAX NECTAR protein in peach...I just mix it with water & add some ice. I also like ANY of the PROFECT bullets.....either one of these will have 23-25 grams of protein per serving!
