Default What is wrong with me?

Ok. Over the past week I have been more hungry than usual. I have no energy. I barely have enough energy to work and take care of my two girls. I am not exercising and I'm just so down about it. I go through times where I lose a few pounds, then don't lose any. If I'm eating a little more will I still lose weight. How fast am I suppose to lose?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I think we have times where we feel hungry...is it head hunger or ACTUAL hunger? I try to keep myself eating, though I usually don't feel like it. I know this will keep the metabolism going!

When are your next scheduled labs? It could be iron deficiency like Lisa was having....are you using B12? Have you talked to your doctor?

I hope you get to feeling better. You've done really well on the weight loss...you should be proud! It takes some settling into...we see big numbers at first, then it starts to slow down...! (I lost 25 pounds the first 3 weeks...and the rest has been over the next 2 months...)

first off (((HUG)) nothing is wrong with you.
THIS isnt an easy journey at all.
Are you getting in your fluids????
dehydration gives lo energy.......and tired!!!1

your ALSO NOT THAT FAR OUT...AND UR HEALING
AND probably doing to much remember this was a
major surgery. U may have healed on the outside
but much is still healing internally.

I will say everyone looses differently. One person
i knew during my journey only lost with a big whooshie
once a month and had 3 weeks of no loss. Took long
time to learn this was her pattern but once she knew that
she was happy and accepted it.

HANG in there keep ur surgeon informed too!
MAYBE u can have bloods done to see were you are!
AND get that protein in !!

NOW on the hungry thingie. Well are u really eating mainly
protein when ur fuller and possibly less protein at meals
that u get hungry from. I find it depends on what im eating
how long i stay full. I use my water to fill me or other sugar
free allowed drinks to help this. HUNGER does return, and
at different times for us!
hugs

hugs

you are doing fine. everyone loses different so its hard to say how much one "should" lose. I am sure there is an average but when you add in stalls and stuff like that it doesnt ever turn out that way.

its hard to do this and always wonder if you are doing it right or whether or not this will work for you. having been there and revisiting quite frequently all i can say is, get rid of your scale, follow the plan, listen to your body. honestly, when i dont weigh myself for a period of time, its easier to get a hold of all the other things. like when you are hungry, are you eating carbs by any chance? there are little things you can pick up about yourself along the way and learn how to work around.

it's going to work out and you arent alone by any means

Dont Worry You Sound Normal. There Were Times I Felt Soooo Hungry Where Now The Past Week Or So I Havent Been Able To Eat Much At All So You Will Experience Changes In Appetite. Also Your Energy Level Will Come Back In Time But I Agree With Everyone Else Do Get Your Bloods Checked. As For Your Weight Loss You Are Doing Great You Are Only 2 Months Out And Lost 46lbs!!!!

I feel the same way, there are certain days that I feel as though I am going to starve before lunch gets here and others I have to force myself to eat anything. Its a game that WE have to make the rules to. You are doing fantastic though. Look at how far you have come in just a few months!!
